Abstract
Objective:To establish quality standard of Shuleer Lotion. Methods: Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Fructus Cnidii in Shuleer Lotion were identified by thin-layer chromatography, and matrine was determined by TLC-scanner.Results:Methods of TLC are simple and reliable, a good linearity was shown at the concentration of 1.167 μg to 5.835 μg of matrine, the average recovery was 97.82% and the RSD was 1.27%.Conclusion:These methods are simple and specific with a good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of preparation.
