Abstract
Based on the conventional meteorological data,,satellite image and radar echo,regional heavy rainstorm and local torrential rain from July 19th to July 22nd in 2010 in Liaoning were analyzed.The results showed that southwest vortex and subtropical anticyclone were the main weather systems which resulted from the heavy rainstorm.The dynamic mechanism of heavy rainstorm 's appearance were low vortex,upper trough and shear line.Heavy rainstorm was closely related with low-level jet,low-level jet spread momentum,heat and water vapor to downstream,the ample water vapor came from bay of bengal.
