Clinical observation of Shengsong Yangxin capsule in the treatment of menopause syndrome

Objective To investigate effects of Shengsong Yangxin capsule in the treatment of menopause syndrome.Methods 96 cases with menopause syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment groups(n=48) and the control group(n=48).The treatment group were given Shengsong Yangxin capsule,1.6g per day,3 times a day,and the other 48 cases in the control group were treated with Kunbao pill,6g,3 times a day,2 months as a course.The improvement of symptoms were observed.Results The total effeciency in treatment group was 93.8% higer than 72.9% in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Shengsong Yangxin capsule is effective and safe in the treatment of menopause syndrome,and worthy to be promoted in clinic.
