Abstract
Esterase isozyme zymogram polymorphisms of 12 caltivated strains of Pleurotus nebrodensis were investigated using vertical slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. There were 50 bands of esterase isozyme in the zymograms of 12 tested strains. 12 strains were divided into nine groups according to their zymogram phenotypes. This result revealed that esterase isozyme zymograms assumed polymorphisms. The genetic distances between and among the strains were analyzed with Unweighted Pair Group Method using Arithmetic Average(UPGMA).12 tested strains were divided into two large groups. Within and among groups, there were various degree of genetic diversity. The dendrogram of cluster analysis based on genetic distance can exactly show genetic relationship among the 12 tested strains of Pleurotus nebrodensis.
