Abstract

The main districts of Hangzhou suffered the heavest rainfall of the recent 40 years influenced by Typhoon Luosha and the cold air on 8th,October, 2007,resulting in serious waterlog in urban.The rapid development of city construction brings some hidden troubles,the most typical one is incity surface waterlogging.The paper makes a deep research on the reasons of incity surface waterlogging and proposes some measures of urban waterlogging control,taking Hangzhou as the case.
