Abstract
By using the data about waterlogging disasters caused by urban rainstorm in Taiyuan City from 1995 to 2006, this paper makes statistical analysis on the actions of and interrelations among various factors in forming the waterlogging disaster, based on 2D UTM, constructs the mathematical model of forecasting of the waterlogging disasters caused by rainstorm, and carries out the simulation tests.
