Abstract
Deng Xiaoping has abandoned for a bold and innovative to Mao Zedong's theory of people's livelihood from two levels of theory and practice,put forward a number of penetrating insights,effectively solved the people's livelihood problems left by Mao Zedong,opened up a correct path of the development of people's livelihood of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Deng Xiaoping's theory of people's livelihood is the origin theory of the people's livelihood systems theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Deng Xiaoping is worthy of a founder of theory the people's livelihood the initial form of the original system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
