The Effect of Different Hemoglobin Levels on the Urea Clearance Rate

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of different hemoglobin levels on urea clearance rate of maintenance hemodialysis patients by online clearance monitoring.Methods According to hemoglobin level 29 patients will be divided into two groups randomly,A group:Hb:100～130 g/L;B group:Hb:50～99 g/L.To observe the changes of urea clearance rate(Kt/V) by OCM.Results A group:Kt/V:1.22±0.8;B group:Kt/V:1.54±1.0.The two groups were significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion For maintenance hemodialysis patients,hemoglobin level is higher,the value of Kt/V is lower;hemoglobin level is lower,the value of Kt/V is higher.
