Abstract

The paper points out that it is an extremely urgent matter that today,China must use agricultural land development rights to address the practical problems of land management.It offers that designing the system of agricultural land development right must complete the evolution from concept to system,these include:the rights of nature,ownership,type,configuration rules and operational mechanisms,etc.As a result,China's institutional framework of agricultural land development right will be established.
