Theoretical Exploration on Reform of Agricultural Land Property Rights System

Agricultural land privatization and nationalization of property rights is not compatible with China's national conditions of the current stage;therefore,the key for China's agricultural reform of the system of property rights is not the ownership reform but the reform of the right to use.The ues right reform should be focused on the identification of farmers' land property right.Government should adopt a variety of policy mixing,promoting agricultural land use right to transfer toward the direction of healthy and orderly development.
