Experimental Study on the Influence of WEHF on Rat′s Gastrin and D-cells

Abstract

In this study,after CAG models of rats was treated with Wei Er Hao Fang (WEHF),we observed changing situations of gastrin,D cells of gastric mucosa of rats.The results showed that serum gastrin level,D cells of gastric mucosa of rats of WEHF group both rose more remarkablely than the group of self recovering.It vertified that WEHF could improve recovering of gastric mucosa by lifting serum gastrin level,increasing D cells of gastric mucosa.
