Abstract
As it′s a lack of water resources in our country,in the context of the increasing water pressure, the joint regulating of water quantity and water quality is becoming an important way to solve the water resources problems. This paper summarizes the research results about joint regulating of water quantity and quality at home and abroad. The status quo about joint regulating of water quantity and quality is analyzed in this paper. The existing problems of joint regulating are presented;including lacking interaction influence between water quantity and quality, lacking unified and effective model, lacking space allocation model. The relevant solution is presented for these problems;the comprehensive study of time and space allocation and the diversification development of mathematical model.
