Abstract
The significance of sustainable utilization of grassland resources was expounded according to the meaning of prataculture, the main problems existed in the utilization of grassland resources were introduced briefly and some strategies for sustainable utilization of grassland resources were put forward.The grassland ecological construction and environmental conservation should be taken based on the foundation of utilizing grassland resources; the forage resources should be utilized reasonably and the productivity of animal husbandry should be increased; the grassland resources should be developed comprehensively and industrialized.
