Abstract

Russia is a famous musical nation, There are so many musical talents. All people have higher musical qualities. These closely relate to the Russian musical policies and reasonable musical educational system. In Russian modern musical educational system preschool musical education, school musical education, extramural musical education and professional musical education have their own characteristics, these characteristics can't been replaced, they are integrated into an organic whole, this is why Russian musical education is the best. The unabridged musical educational system promotes the musical educational development of China and the world.
