Research on Ye city's Central Position during the Wei,Jin and Northern Dynasties

During the Wei,Jin and Northern dynasties,Ye city kept the position of the central city in the North basically. However,in the end of Northern Zhou Dynasty,Ye city was destroyed and abandoned,and also its historical position declined rapidly.This paper investigated the factors which influenced the development of Ye city by stages,analyzed the formation and lost of its central position,and researched the history of Ye city's rise and fall.From the development of Ye city,some enlightenment is achieved which influenced the Chinese ancient cities' rise and fall.
