Abstract
Objective To observe nursing effect of the compound gargle solution chlorhexidine giuconatie for intubation in patients with oral cavity. Methods From January to October 2011,80 cases of patients with oral endotracheal tube in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group for oral care, the experimental group was treated with chlorhexidine gargle for oral care, the control group with routine nursing liquid for oral care, oral cavity, oral ulcers and the incidence of dirt residue in 7 days were observed in two groups. Results The peculiar smell in oral cavity, oral ulcer, dirt residue rate in experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The use of chlorhexidine gargle for oral care was superior to conventional oral nursing liquid,it had positive significance in preventing and controlling the orotracheal intubation in patients with oral complications.
