The problem of traffic congestion in cities has been paid attention to by people for a long time.The limited traffic supply can’t meet the thriving traffic demand,which is the basic reason of traffic congestion.Measures should be adopted from both the supply aspects and demand aspects to relieve and control the traffic congestion.The measures,such as building the diversified public traffic system,improving the communication condition of the existing roads,and so on,can be adopted to increase traffic supply.At the same time,the proper economic and administrative measures can be adopted to control traffic demand.
