Treatment of neck and submaxillary fat by liposuction combining with rhytidectomy

Objective To investigate the method of treatment of neck and submaxillary fat by liposuction combining with rhytidectomy.Methods We treated 25 patients fat by liposuction combining with rhytidectomy.All patients' chin and neck were chalodermia and seriously fat.Results The follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 2 years.Among 25 cases,4 of them were improved,24 were satisfied with the results.There was no complications of skin necrosis and facial nerve injury in all cases.Conclusions Liposuction can effectively removed the jaw and neck fat,and improved overstaffed appearance.At the same time,applying rhytidectomy can strain chalodermia.It has advantages of reducing surgical complication and increasing the effect of facial rejuvenation.This method is safe,simple and also has quick recovery,inconspicuous scar.In summary,liposuction combining with rhytidectomy is an effective method in neck and submaxillary fat patients,and it is proper for wide application.
