Analysis on high level of serum CA724 in patients with malignant tumors in 187 cases

Abstract

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum CA724 in malignant tumors of digestive system and the other systems.Methods Serum CA724 levels were measured with EIECSYS in 187 patients with malignant tumors.To observe the percentage of 132 patients with malignant tumors of digestive system and 55 patients with malignant tumors of other systems.Results In the group of malignant tumors of digestive system,the three highest levels of serum CA724 were intestinal cancer(59.85%),gastric cancer(21.97%) and liver cancer(23.64%).In the group of malignant tumors of other systems,the three highest levels were lung cancer(38.18%),uterine cancer(29.09%) and ovarian cancer(23.64%).Conclusion Serum CA724 is not only a good marker in malignant tumors of digestive system,but also a clinical reference value in other systems.
