Abstract
The best extractive condition of flavonoids in Pyracantha fortuneana leaves was studied. The results showed that when the leaves powder was extracted for 2 h by 70 % ethanol with a ratio of 1∶ 8 (sample ∶solvent) at 80℃, the extraction rate was higher. The O/W microemulsion type is composed by SDS/n-C4H9OH/n-C7H16/H2O at 11.7 ∶15.6∶2.7∶70.0, the flavonoids were separated entirely. 6 and 5 flavonoids spots were gained from the leaves and the fruit.
