A Dialectic Study on Effect of Praise upon Children's Psychological Development

Abstract
Controversy exists in psychological circle as for whether praise stimulates healthy development of children's Psychology. The author argues that praise stimulates children's psychological development only on the condition that praise should be true and sincere and process-oriented. In order to achieve positive effects, the teacher should have a profound understanding of how praise functions and follow scientific principles and adopt proper ways in praising.
