On Establishment And Perfection of The Administrative Supervision System

Abstract

The supervision system in our country is not sound.There are some problems,including the lack of the integrality in rights supervision system,the insufficient independence of supervision agency in the dual leadership,the little progress in legal system and supervision.It has a bad impact on administrative authority and corruption occurs often.In order to avoid it,we should improve the supervision system and optimize restriction in authority mechanism
