Abstract
The 5-antipyriylazosalicylfluoroneand(APASF)was synthesized, and optimum color reaction conditions of 5-antipyriylazosalicylfluoroneand(APASF)with vanadium(Ⅴ)were determined. The results showed that the color reagent reacts with vanadium(Ⅴ)to form a stable claret complex(3∶1)in buffer solution HAc-NH4Ac at pH = 6.8.The maxiumum absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity are 550nm and 3.08×104L·mol-1·cm-1,respectively.The Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-30μg/25mL for vanadium(Ⅴ).
