Abstract
Taking micro-polluted raw water from Changzhou section of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal as study object,powdered activated carbon(PAC) was added when the micro-polluted raw water was treated by conventional process.The optimal PAC dosing point and dosage were investigated by static adsorption test.The results show that the pollutants adsorption efficiency by PAC increases when PAC is dosed into the forepart treatment process.The addition of PAC can greatly improve the removal efficiency of organic pollutants.The optimal dosing point of PAC is suction well,and the optimal PAC dosage is 30 mg/L.
