Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Acupuncture within quanjing Acupuncture therapy compared with traditional acupuncture after apoplexy and hemiplegia, detect the interrelated index, evaluate the clinical effects.Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.30 patients in the treatment group were treated by Quanjing Acupuncture;30 patients in the control group were treated by traditional acupuncture ,once before the treatment and once after 3 periods of treatment. Before and after 3 periods of treatment, the value of Fugl-Meyer Assessment either Body of upper limbs or the lower extremities ,The difference between before and afer treatment were significantly in the two group(P 0.05) .The quanJing group was better than the traditional group on the value of Fugl-Meyer Assessment of the upper limbs(P 0.05) .Conclusion:The clinical study has proved that quanjing acupuncture therapy is an effective method on recovery of movement function after apoplexy and hemiplegia.
