Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of open surgery and MPCNL in the treatment of kidney stones. Methods Ninety-eight patients with kidney stones were selected, and were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each. The observation group received minimally percutaneous nephrolithotomy stone removal surgical treatment and the control group received open surgical treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After surgery, the operating time, blood loss, incision size, stone clearancerate, postoperative hospital stay, ambulation, and flatus time and other indicators of the observation group were markedly better than those of the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The minimally percutaneous lithotripsy efficacy for patients with kidney stones is superior to open surgery, which is good for early recovery, and it is worthy of wider promotion and application.
