Abstract
Objective: To investigate efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of patients with kidney stones. Methods: A total of 94 cases with kidney stones were randomly selected and given minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy surgery. Results: For the 94 patients who underwent a unilateral lithotomy,the average operation time was 75 min,the stone clearance rate was 89. 3%( 84 /94). Two cases suffered from intraoperative bleeding,one case had postoperative secondary bleeding,and four cases catched a fever,and they were cured after a symptomatic treatment. All patients had no serious complications. Conclusions: Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is an effective therapy for treating the patients with kidney stones.
