VALUE AND COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF DETECTING ENDOMETRIAL POLYPS BY USE OF TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASONOGRAPHY(TVS) COMBINED WITH HYSTEROSCOPY(HS)

Objective Investigate the use of the combination of Transvaginal ultrasonography(TVS)and the Hysteroscopy(HS)to improve the Detection rate of Endometrial polyps.Methods Take the Transvaginal ultrasonography (TVS)and the Hysteroscopy(HS)examination through the 67 cases of clinical patients who are the suspected Endometrial polyps.And according to the Pathology results,they are finally diagnosis Endometrial polyps.Discuss the diagnosis value and Comparative Analysis to this disease through the two methods.Results Compared with the HS,the sensitivity and Specificity results are 91.9%and 95%alone,the result are 84.5%and 81.7%through the TVS.Conclusion The TVS can express the location,number and size of the Endometrial polyps clearly.But in order to ascertain the pathological changes,the sensitivity and specificity of TVS is not as good as HS.The conjugation of these two methods can improve the effectiveness of diagnosis for the Endometrial polyps effectively.
