Abstract
Objective: To study the method and clinical curative effect about trabecular resection of the primary angle-closure glaucoma used trabeculectomy treatment. Methods: Selected 44 cases primary angle-closure glaucoma in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2010, 44 patients (64 eyes) was divided into two groups, group A by 40 eyes trabecular resection and iol implantation, group B by 24 eyes did the small incision cataract surgery + intraocular lens implantation + anterior corneal dissection. Results: Patients and postoperative best corrected visual acuity were improved significantly sex improvement(P0.05). Two groups of patients with intraocular endoscope, anterior chamber depth and correctional eyesight also had significant differences (P0.05). Conclusion: The effects of the primary angle-closure glaucoma used trabeculectomy treatment have satisfactory results.
