Abstract

On studying the base of value engineering function, it analyzes the characteristics of cost control in project design stage.This paper explains the value engineering is the important method of engineering cost control,and points out the specific applications method.To achieve the organic combination of function and cost,and improve the economic benefit of enterprise.
