Study on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Higher Education

Abstract

Innovation is the impetus of social development. Cultivating innovative talents is the key target of higher education reform. Around this key target, the article approaches this subject form from different angles.The article analyses and sets forth the concept of innovation and innovative education. On this basis, author points out the abuses of talents training and puts forward some suggestions.
