On the Justifiability of the Risk Criminal Law

Abstract

Large-scale use of industrial technology is profoundly changing the society we live in into a society.With regard to criminal law,in risk society,the boundaries of criminal law has been extended to the field of risk regulation,which gives birth to criminal law.This paper analyzes the justifiability of the risk criminal law from three aspects,including the ontology,reality and policy,so as to popularize the risk criminal law.
