Abstract
By comparing the investment scale structures for real-estate development in Shanxi with ones in China and surrounding areas,the paper analyzes the operation features for the real-estate development investment in Shanxi,points out some shortages in the real-estate development in Shanxi,and explores the factors which restrain the speedy development of the real-estate industry in Shanxi from the urban scale,the development structures,so as to promote the speedy development of the economy of Shanxi.
