Abstract

Objective: To study the influence of different hosts on quality in Semen Cuscutae. Methods: The principal chemical contents of 19 Semen Cuscutae are determined by the methods of HPLC and UV.Results: The content of total flavonoids(1.63%)in C.chinensis is higher than that in C.chinensis(1.42%).The flavonoids contents are higher in Semen Cuscutae growing on Glycine max,Scutelliaria baicalensis and Phaseolus radiatus than on other plants. Conclusion: Hosts influent the ingredients and contents of Semen Cuscutae.
