Abstract
In the course of the evolution of communication network Next Generation Network,Soft-Switch technology becomes one of the solutions for the next generation communication network and has been widely used.This paper proposes corresponding strategies of Soft-Switch organizing network technologies in long distance tandem network and IP bearing network.The project is carried out successfully in the network construction,it improve the network availability and benefit of investment.
