Abstract

The convergence,compatibility and efficiency of communications network,have been making a tremendous impact on the communication equipments,network,service and other aspects.The communications network technologies such as access,switching,transmission are analyzed.Then the IP-based Next Generation Network(NGN) on network objectives and requirements are studied.The trends of networks evolution is network convergence based on ubiquitous network and technologies penetration each other.
