Development Trend of the Contemporary Management Theory

Through a review of the development process of management theory and recognition of the substantial knowledge of the management theory jungle,this paper reaches the path of the development of management theory,as it must take the initiative to adapt to the new technology,and we should strengthen the research on environmental factors.Integrative but different should be the mainstream of the development of management theory,of which the basic principles are to achieve the goal of a win-win cooperation between organizations and individuals,as well as a win-win situation with all parties,while its ultimate goal should be to promote the all-round development of people.
