Abstract
The extraction of flavonoids of Hippohase rhamnoides L. in leaves using ultrasonic-assisted technique was explored. Different methods were compared through single-factor and orthogonal array design. The optimal condition of ultrasonic extraction was at 60℃, power of 70 W, the ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶10, and extraction time of 45 min. The outputs of flavonoids of Hippohase rhamnoides L. in leaves were 3.867 mg/g with ultrasonic technique and 3.697 mg/g with Soxhlet method, respectively. The methods of electro-magnetically intensified extraction compared with Soxhlet method have obvious advantages, such as high output of flavonoids, saving time and solvent and low consumption of energy.
