Abstract
In this paper, effects of growth regulators (6-BA, KT, ZT, NAA) on rapid propagation of taro virus-free plantlets were studied by using MS as basic medium. The results showed that the optimal medium was MS +6-BA 1.0 mg·L~(-1)+NAA 0.2 mg·L~(-1) for shoot differentiation and growth. The suitable medium for adventitious root induction and seedlings formation was 1/2 MS +NAA 0.1 mg·L~(-1)+ 6-BA 0.15 mg·L~(-1).
