Analysis of Cultivated Land Dynamic Changes and Driving Forces at Zhanggutai Town in Horqin Sandy Land

Based on statistics of the study area,with the help of mathematical statistics methods,the cultivated land dynamic changes and driving factors was analyzed,the results showed that:During 29 years,the total area of cultivated land increased by 32.95,per capita cultivated land area increased by 6.01%.Only 57.15 percent of cultivated land reserved to 2009,and there is some land degradation.The two main drivers of cultivated land changes are population and socio-economic development,the population most affected,followed by industrial and agricultural income per capita,GDP and total investment in fixed assets.
