Abstract

The opening of the Party affairs involves the organization dimension and the social dimension.The organization dimension is the responsibility of the Party organizations to protect,vindicate and promote its members' proper use of the rights to know the inside story in a right way.The social dimension is to protect and vindicate the rights of the public to know the inside story and to accept the supervision and advices of the public so as to place the Party's life in the trust of the public.
