Problems of Utilization of Direct Foreign Investment in Jilin Province and Countermeasures

Though direct foreign investment in Jilin Province has been increasing in recent years,the gap still exists when the overall target of Plan of the Cooperative Development of Tumen River Region is taken into consideration.As a future national strategy,Plan for Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Pilot Zone provides Jilin a unique historical opportunity.Therefore,it is necessary to perfect the investment environment,to expand the investment source,to optimize the investment structure and strengthen the regional cooperative.Only in this way,more investors will be attracted,and the rapid and healthy development of the economy in Jilin Province will be accomplished.
