Abstract
The photosynthetic characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon were systematicly studied with portable CIRAS-2 system for the organic cultrual theory and trimming method for the goal ofmaking organic wine.Under organic conditions the biggest values of Pn were determined on side branch with 4~5 leaves.The Pn in the main stem was found the highest level,10.4 μmol.m-2.s-1,on the 3~5 leaves from the stem tip,but only 50% of that in the side branch.The Pn of eastern leaves was the highest,12.58 μmol.m-2.s-1 at 8:00 am,then decreased quikly.The maxiumum value for western leaves appeared at 4:00pm.The leaves toward south had highest photosynthesis,9.73μmol.m-2.s-1 at 11:00 am.Cabernet Sauvignon had LSP of 971μmol.m-2.s-1 and CCP of 56μL.L-1.
