Abstract
As a life styles of teachers, teaching activities are life action which tracing value, creating value, and reflecting special value-oriented.To the is the basic value orientation of teacher teaching, Pursuing happy is not only the life need and life nature of the teachers, but also the urgent need that can promote teacher's happiness index and the basic request of the change of school education's value.In the teaching life world, happy life of teaching is not single but multielement, including result happy and process happy, matter happy and spiritual happy, altruism happy and egoism happy.
