Abstract
It is necessary to translate college physical education into happy P.E.teaching,accord with the necessity of the social development of talent,is the healthy development of the students's needs.It is feasible of carrying out happy P.E.in our college.Implementing happy P.E.teaching need understanding correctly the meaning of happy P.E.,renewing the idea.,improving the flexibility of PE teaching,improving the quality of the physical education teachers.
