Clinical significance of urinary albumin and serum uric acid detected in patients with coronary heart disease.

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of urinary albumin and serum uric acid detected in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 46 CHD patients in our hospital was researched as the observation group,while 46 cases of healthy persons was researched as the control group,the urinary albumin and serum uric acid of two groups were detected and the test data obtained were analyzed.Results The urinary albumin and serum uric acid of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.001),the differences of the positive rate of urinary albumin and serum uric acid between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion The urine albumin and uric acid levels are closely related to CHD.Detecting the urine albumin and uric acid can provide reliable basis for diagnosis and treatment of CHD
