Abstract

Starting from the crop germplasm resources research and utilization situation at home and abroad,aiming at crop germplasm resources research and utilization situation in Liaoning Province,the development countermeasures of crop germplasm resources research and utilization in Liaoning Province were put forward from the following aspects,including constructing science and technology innovation system of crop germplasm resources,strengthening construction of science and technology development personnel of crop germplasm resources research and utilization,increasing science and technology development capital investment of crop germplasm resources,and others.
