Abstract
The lifting mechanism of beach cleaner were designed based on virtual prototype technology. It can be used to clean the beach. First,a there-dimensional model with the lifting mechanism of beach cleaning vehicle was built in CREO software;then, the formatted model was imported into the ADMS/VIEW for kinematic and dynamic simulation by setting materials, defining constraints and further operations such as loading,at last getting all the key point of the force. In order to achieve more reasonable design of lifting mechanism, each key point used parametric modeling to the agency for further optimization. At last, the simulation results show that the lifting mechanism was designed to meet the requirements, which had higher application value.
