Policy Analysis of Student-Origin-Credit-Based Loans

August 2007,the Ministry of Finance,Ministry of Education,the State Development Bank issued 《on students in some areas of student loans to credit the pilot informed》.In 1999,2004,2007,the three policies of National student loans that issued in succession by our country have eight differences in the loan property,loan subject and refund responsibility,loan time limit,loan way, loan interest,risk compensation payment,management behind the loan,loan use, etc..There are still some problems in the policy of in the new Student-OriginCredit-Based Loans,which need solving through the corresponding supplementary measure.
