Research on Teaching Design for Improving Teaching Skills of Young Teachers of Engineering Courses

In view of the existing problems in the classroom teaching especially the teaching plan writing and the teaching design among young teachers in universities and colleges,this paper puts forward the key factors in teaching plan design of engineering courses according to the characteristics of these courses.Based on the teaching experience on the course of electronic science and technology specialty,an example about the teaching design of ion implantation process is presented.The results obtained are valuable for the design and writing of teaching plan of engineering courses.
